Matt and the team at Wickstone were so great to work with! At first we were interested in purchasing a used hot tub, but after visiting the warehouse and seeing the new models, we decided to go with new. We saved THOUSANDS of dollars compared to all the local pool/spa stores. Trust me, we shopped around! Our HT was leaking and the power wouldn't come back on. Brian, the serviceman came and figured it out in no time. He was here drained and fixed in an hour. He was very informative and knowledgeable, he had (has) a great disposition about his job. Very professional, he gets high marks from us! Thanks Brian and Wickstone HT!
I called kings pools and spas to look at my hot tub and ended up getting a burnt circuit board. ( do not recommend) I then called wickstone and my hot tub is back up and running. He diagnosed my hot tub before he even opened the hot tub up. He was very knowledgeable, kind and was not bothered by me asking questions. I highly recommend them! Thanks Shawn!
Had an issue with my hot tub (not bought from them) so they had someone come out and repair it a couple of weeks after I called. He was polite, prompt, and very efficient. Definitely recommend if you have any issue with your tub!
