Had an issue with my hot tub (not bought from them) so they had someone come out and repair it a couple of weeks after I called. He was polite, prompt, and very efficient. Definitely recommend if you have any issue with your tub!

We recently purchased a Tropic Seas Spa - Kawai 745L 6-person Hot tub from Wickstone Hot Tub Service. Bryan and Shawn were both very professional. They hocked-up our electrical service and install our Hot Tub all in one day. They did a very nice job explaining the overall operations and we were able to enjoy that late afternoon. Wickstone Hot Tub Service was great. They moved an older tub for me and did a great job. They scheduled the job fairly quickly and the price was reasonable. Shawn and Brian handled the job very smoothly, considering the compact space they had to use to get the hot tub to the new pad. Awesome job guys, would definitely recommend to anyone needing this service.
