RecommendedIt's my grandma's birthday, I felt awful that she wouldn't have any one to visit her. We just spoke, she told me the staff brought her balloons, cake and sang to her from outside (as she stood on her enclosed balcony). This gesture meant so much to her. I wish the media would report more of these stories. Thank you to the Executive Director and Staff for making her feel special, under such extraordinary circumstances <3
