Chris is a great therapist. Really helped me out with issues. Very caring and straight forward doesn't try to sugarcoat things and tells me how it is and how I can actually improve my ocd. I have made a vast improvement not being able to even leave my house at times and various other things, but now I am able to enjoy life better.
