I waited for 3 weeks to have heat. Tech left here on Thanksgiving eve after installing new unit. Had family coming it worked for 1 hour then nothing . We waited for someone to call no response. Waited days before anyone called back. Do not call this company. Save yourself heartache and stress. It is not Better Business Accredited. Also has several complaints on file. I scheduled an appointment for Thursday for furnace checkup, Tech came Saturday. No big deal for me. The Teach was very very knowledgeable about furnace systems. He showed me everything I needed to do to make furnace safer. Cleaned the filter. He really took the time to explain the whole thing to me. I think this business gets a bad rap because maybe they need an office manager. Otherwise, was pleased with knowledgeable rep that came to my house.
