Roadside service!
Horrible customer service. Swearing and having an attitude with me over the phone because I couldn’t come pay the tow bill right away. Proceeded to threaten to not let me get any of my stuff until I pay tow bill.(was less than a week) Never showed me a tow bill when I got there and pretty much conned me into just giving them my car. Would not recommend to anyone!!
The worst customer service. I called the guy when the flood in Spencer happened. I asked how much would it cost to move the car from Spencer to Ruthven. I also mentioned that the car is in an apartment complex garage. Additionally, I mentioned that Boji Towing company couldn't do it fast because they had to get a skid loader first, pull out the car with a skid loader and then load it on a tow truck. The guy on the phone told me it would cost $250-300. I asked him again if there would be an issue to pull the car out, he said,... read more
