Parts staff was less than helpful to find something as easy as a tire for our RTV. Really struggle with parts staff that acts like you’re stupid if they don’t have a part number. Frustrating experience for my wife however they did have the right tire in the end. Eddie reached out to clarify the issue has been resolved. Appreciate a business that cares enough to reach out to their customers. Kubota equipment has always proved to be a reliable product from our perspective.

Very helpful very easy to work with and no hard sales pitch. Just asked what I needed and letme make the choice. When I am ready for a upgrade I will be back.
