I had a great experience with the sales team at Wickham Tractor in Fort Collins. They found a zero turn lawn mower when they were in short supply. They delivered the vehicle to my home without a delivery charge. Nate - employee noticed a small squeak in the leaf bag area. They sent out a mechanic the next day and found that the squeak was gone He took the time to explain all parts of the machine and made sure I was comfortable with it. Great place for Kubota parts sales and service
I had an issue with my tractor's AC, where it was blowing hot air instead of cold, which really defeated the purpose of having a cab. Staying cool in the summer was one of the main reasons I purchased it! Thankfully, WTC responded promptly and sent Nate to handle the situation. He did a fantastic job, and I’m pleased with the quick and efficient service. Thank you, WTC, for taking care of my issue!
My experience with this dealer was amazing. Caleb and the other employee that I met were very friendly and knowledgeable. In addition Caleb was able to obtain the kubota that had been sold out for months. He took extra time and care in helping me. I recommend this dealer for kubota equipment .
