I happen to be on the Board of Directors for this community and have lived here since 2000. It is a well run HOA and Board members are always accessible. The Management Company ( FAIRWAY MGMT) has its finger on the pulse of this community. As a Board we are cognizant of expenses and keep the HOA Dues as low as possible without sacrificing "quality". Homes do not last 1 day in this neighborhood because of the proximity to schools, hospital, beaches and the pride & closeness of our community residents.
