Never had mice in this apartment and now out of nowhere there’s mice. We will be escalating this if it doesn’t get solved soon. I am pregnant and have a toddler as well. They aren’t doing anything to fix up the buildings. There are holes everywhere. This won’t get fixed just by only sending out exterminators. That’s not how it works. There will be more mice coming from the woods if holes don’t get fixed and stuff. This is a health hazard, especially for those with kids. BEYOND INFESTED WITH MICE!!! They just be running all over the place, expect to be hearing the all night chewing, fighting each other and be ready to be sweeping up droppings on a daily basis. I have an older family member who resides here that I help around the house and it’s a complete nightmare, wholes on the outside and apartment doors, No sense of urgency to get doors replaced. I feel bad for the tenants.
Horrible property manager; if I could give zero stars I would . I lived there for a long time; 10 plus years and it wasn’t until CT Windsor holding LLC took over I felt the urgency to move. My apartment flooded due to the negligence of the contractors they hired to remodel the apartment above me in 2020 & the property manager Christine offered nothing, not a mop or an apology, instead she tried to belittle me. Ive been living in Wickham Gardens for about a year.. Im so glad I was able to find a place thats not only affordable but also well maintained.. A big Thank You to Carmen(Property Manager). Shes great at handling any questions or concerns I have quickly and easily.. Look forward to sticking around here for a while..
