Horrible property manager; if I could give zero stars I would . I lived there for a long time; 10 plus years and it wasn’t until CT Windsor holding LLC took over I felt the urgency to move. My apartment flooded due to the negligence of the contractors they hired to remodel the apartment above me in 2020 & the property manager Christine offered nothing, not a mop or an apology, instead she tried to belittle me. Ive been living in Wickham Gardens for about a year.. Im so glad I was able to find a place thats not only affordable but also well maintained.. A big Thank You to Carmen(Property Manager). Shes great at handling any questions or concerns I have quickly and easily.. Look forward to sticking around here for a while..

As of March 21, 2023, I made the worst decision to live at Wickham Garden Apartments. I attempted to give East Hartford, Connecticut a try and not worry about what other people say. But they were NOT wrong. For more than THREE MONTHS, NorthPoint Management (The new Landlords as of 2023) lack communication and service of maintenance. I've been asking NorthPoint numerous of times to take out the animal that's be crawling inside of the roof since January and nothing has changed.
