There were bed bugs in my room, several bites after one night.
I had books with this place on a hotels.com and I was in town for a family funeral with two children with me, the bed had blood stains on the sheets, hair and dirt, there was dirt on the ice tray, the desk and floor, I showed all of this to the manager and asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotel.com, I've spoken to their policy department and was told that this does not qualify for a refund under their guidelines, how does blood stains not qualify for a refund, apparently the hotel and hotel.com don't care ... read more
