I have worked for Wickersham House for roughly 12 years now. All most all of there family works there in one way or another. I have found that they are all a great bunch of people and so is the staff. If I had to place a family member in an assisted living home this is where I would want them to be. They cater to and take excellent care of every resident there. The staff are awesome people who love being there taking care of the loved ones.

If I could give them no stars, I would. They treat the people really well, the clients get treated good. Tammy is an amazing cook, they get fed really really good. It's the staff that gets mistreated really bad. The daughter of the lady that sits in the office is an absolute spoiled brat. Sara, she plays favorites and is very rude to staff, everything is her way or no way, she is a manipulator. I know of one staff that has worked there over a year and has never called in never been late and has pulled many 16 hour shifts who... read more

I am proud to work with such an amazing group of caregivers that truly love the people they care for and it shows in their work performance. Wickersham House has been serving seniors in the Matsu Valley for over 10 years. If you have not taken a tour of this home, I strongly encourage you to call and take a tour of this wonderful home.

This home has been in operations over 13 years and has earned a solid reputation in the community for its outstanding care. The staff not only cares for the residence, but the also takes into consideration the family's needs. I would not call this a "Facility", but rather an extension of a family home. Home cooked meals are the norm with special request considered. This home is proactive in meeting and understand the need of each person in their care. This is where I want to live!!

This is a home where quality of life is the goal no matter where the person is physically or cognitively . Staff is highly trained and caring. All aspects of the person are considered, spiritually and physically. The surroundings are homelike and beautiful.
