I have no complaint about the product I received; however, the customer service was terrible. I don't fault the rep, she tried to do what she could. I ordered a patio set with "quick ship" fabric which was supposed to ship within two weeks. They gave me a shipping date of longer than a month. When the set finally arrived (later than scheduled) we checked for damage but didn't put the set together right away because our patio needed some additional work.
