We are locally base store in Missouri. We always get our products from there. Since last year when the owner change the attitude of the lady who work there has change. She was extremely rude and let the customers wait out side while, we were doing business there. We believe to support local businesses but not the cost of insult. We are extremely sorry to say because of the rudeness of the employee we will not be doing business with them anymore. This place was good. After new owner it all went down. Low in production, no one answer phone, i went their personally no one was available. Trying to talk to owner no one was allowed to give his number. I left my number no one called me.
The lady extremely rude to us we were there to pick up a big order and they made us wait outside for 15min. Which made us change are mind on getting $1,000 worth of products.
Never visited here. My family & I have used their BBQ sauce for 60+yrs. It's delicious on everything esp chicken. Everyone should give it a try.
One of my very favorite marinades! Our family has been using it for 25+ years. Grilled chicken isn't the same w/out a soak in Wicker's!!!
