The Wicker Park Inn is a hidden gem. Located two minutes from the heart of Wicker Park, cute shopping, local coffee and delicious food, this home which has been renovated into a modern, stylish, boutique bed and breakfast is the perfect place to stay during a visit to Chicago. My husband and I just stayed here and loved it. The room was beautiful and quiet, even though it was on the ground floor and the train is just behind the building (there were ear plugs in the room, which is thoughtful but again, I can't imagine anyone staying in the Hoyne room needing them). Both of the folks on staff we met were welcoming and helpful. It's one block away from so many cute shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars, too. We love staying at Wicker Park Inn! It's our go-to whenever we're in Chicago. The location is great, the rooms are stylish and functional, and the breakfast is always delicious. The staff are always extremely nice and attentive.
This is my new place to stay in Chicago! Lovely neighborhood, beautifully converted house, spotless well-appointed rooms that were surprisingly large, and attentive and friendly staff. The bed was so comfortable and I appreciated the excellent A/C. Breakfast was DIY with plenty of healthy breads, delicious spreads, tea and coffee, all the almond/soy milk you could want, and even freshly made overnight oats and chia pudding in the communal fridge.
