I’ve been coming here for 2 years and easily spend $100/month. Last time I went in I took one of my favorite silk blouses that I had bought in Paris and gotten a a little bit of sauce on the cuff of the sleeve. The blouse came back damaged with discoloration and frayed material. I showed it to the owner and he refused to even acknowledge that it was damaged. I’ve brought my delicate garments to wicker park cleaners for about a year now. My garments always come back looking neat and clean. Prices are decent. Owners are very kind as well.

Mr. & Mrs. Kim are the best and provide excellent alterations and cleaning! Furthermore, they always give direct and honest feedback on whether or not altering an item is worth it. Really appreciate the transparency from them and overall they’re wonderful people!

This store earns your business the right way, with excellent service at a fair price. I saw Kim for some alterations and was very impressed with his expertise. He helped me understand my options. I can tell his recommendations were honest; we decided that some pieces wouldn't be worth the cost and were better off donated. He suggested this rather than simply selling me everything he could, because he knew the end result wouldn't be satisfactory. Cleaning was also done on time at a good price. I had my tuxedo for my wedding tailored here and it was recommended by the suit shop I purchased it from, they did a great job and fast turnaround time with no issues and great quality. Will definitely come back for any other alterations.
