I missed my appointment because my grandson was very sick and I wasn’t thinking about myself, just him. The lady calls doesn’t give me time to explain and she says I can’t reschedule a appointment with her. I would have called to cancel but my grandson has been puking and more for 3 days. Couldn’t believe she didn’t even ask for a explanation. She was just done with me. Not like I’ve done this to her several times.
