I went into the ER not able to breathe and a young doctor comes in and tells me that I have an underlying lung disease with nothing to back it up. He gave me no antibiotics did absolutely nothing for me. Wouldn’t give me cough syrup and was extremely callous. I then went into urgent care and sure enough they found an ear infection, sinus infection, and fluid on my lungs because of bronchitis so they gave me everything that I needed. I would never go there again! Their ER is empty for a reason!!

COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE CARE. Left my wife and I in a room after we came in for a head injury. Explained she was constantly fighting to not lose consciousness as well as dizzy nauseous and ringing in her ears. They did NO tests didn’t check her for anything and proceeded to staple her head with no warning and sent her home. And by sent her home I mean they ignored us until we left. I almost died because of this stupid so called hospital. My joints were inflamed for unknown reasons and they were painful as it started spreading to every joint in my body so I went to this stupid place. This place is not a hospital or shouldn’t even be called an ED. All they have is an xray machine like an urgent care so if you don’t have a broken bone, they’ll send u home with Tylenol because there’s nothing wrong with you. The emergency and Qut unit here in wickenburg AZ is so terrible because in the Qut unit they don't shut the doors of the rooms that have people with covit and they travel from there into other rooms with people that don't have covit so the covit spreds to the people that doesn't have it and they don't use hand sanitizer after they come out of those rooms so they are toughing other things in the hospital. If you can avoid here at all costs, as they’ll charge an arm, a leg and your first born son for simple things. Went for a bumped head and ear ache, they ‘sent’ a prescription out that doesn’t even exist anymore and got a 2k bill. Outrageous.
