We scheduled an appointment about a week in advance and had someone at the property to meet them for the estimate. On the morning of the appointment, we got a call saying they wouldn’t be coming because our home in Morristown was too far. While I understand the location might be out of the way, canceling at the last minute felt unprofessional, especially after confirming. Have a place in Yarnell...contacted this group and got a call back immediately. Issue with ac system not working. Patty came 15 minutes early today for 7:30 appointment. Got the job done quickly and affordably. She was extremely knowledgeable and knows her trade well. I found a trusted business close to home. Highly recommended. Very impressed.
