9 months in for a quoted 19 hour job for an engine swap. They took 4 months after agreeing to the work, and left my vehicle out in the parking lot the whole time. Gave them a chance, asked them to take my truck to another shop.... they insisted they would fix it immediately..... Nope, they struggled for an additional 4 months....
