Every experience I’ve had with Wicked Wrench has been superb. Their prices for oil changes are unbeatable, and the communication prior to and during my appointment is always great. I also very much appreciate that they notify me of any issues they notice on my pickup during service without pressuring me to have them fix it immediately, and that they never try to upsell me on unnecessary services the way that big chains do. And, their online scheduling tool is exceptionally simple and convenient for booking appointments.
