Amazing people. Amazing work. Amazing prices. They have always been very friendly and helpful with any issue minor or large. I have moved and continue to drive an hour for their services when needed. Very glad I found this place especially when it’s very hard to trust anywhere else.
I've been in search of an automotive shop for awhile! Been to the dealership and a couple local shops and the work either wasn't done as promised or would take all day even 2 days sometimes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND WICKED WRENCH! I mentioned to my neighbor that my exhaust seemed somewhat loud and I didn't know a reputable mechanic and she told me to give Wicked Wrench a call. I made my initial call on 7-28, Katy got me in on 8-1 and brought my CRV in for 9:30 a.m. Chuck was the mechanic that took the time to look at my exhaust, showed me there was the leak was and him and Naomi told me it could be fixed, and he'd do it right then! What an amazing place! The woman at the front can’t remember her name is a bad ass. She knows what she’s doing up there. Brought my Camry in bc I had a loud screeching and grinding sound. Not even 5 min after dropped it off the mechanic said it was fixed. What?! Ya it was the dust shield which was bent. She said no charge. Now let me tell you that a lot of shops could have put it on the lift and said ya it needs this and that. They were extremely honest which is almost impossible to find in a car shop these days. I get my car fixed here ALL the time. Jaime and Naomi are excellent mechanics. Kathy is really nice and helpful at the front desk. All the mechanics that had work on my car are really good too.
