I came here thinking I had a bigger issue to later. Realize it wasn’t as big as I thought and the person helping me just checked it out for me without any charge unfortunately I didn’t have any cash on me so I will be back to tip him just for being a decent human being but Was super generous
Amazing, trustworthy, patient, and honest staff! They won't rip you off or oversell unnecessary parts/labor. They took time to explain the issue in a way that was digestible and transparent to someone who knows nothing about cars. Give these guys your business, they won't lead you astray!!!
I meant to leave a review sooner, I came here about a month ago and they were able to replace a part for me very quickly before a long cross country drive that was stressing me out. You really can't beat them on quality, pricing or friendliness of service. I'd recommend them to anyone in the Spokane area.
Quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. My repair invoice was slightly more that the cost of parts. More important, diagnosis and repair was faster than it would take me for only the diagnosis. The only negative is company name suggests an outlaw operation. It it deceptive as the owner is friendly and understanding of customer's description of problem.
