Was having significant neck pain and had never got a massage. Christina was fantastic. She was super intentional and transparent with her approach. She also offered a lot of consulting post massage to help prevent the pain moving forward. Would recommend!
Just the right amount of pressure. Loosened up tight areas and recurring trigger points cause by being on a bike. Was able to move much better
Christina is fabulous! My massage was amazing! She is especially skilled at finding the root cause of soreness and pain and fixing it. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
