Was having significant neck pain and had never got a massage. Christina was fantastic. She was super intentional and transparent with her approach. She also offered a lot of consulting post massage to help prevent the pain moving forward. Would recommend!

Just the right amount of pressure. Loosened up tight areas and recurring trigger points cause by being on a bike. Was able to move much better

Christina took great care of me! She was very attentive to my specific needs and checked in with me often during the treatment. She gave me stretches to do on my own and followed up with me a week later.
