I used the drive-thru wash, not washing by hand, and it did a very poor job. There was dirt all over my car after exiting the wash. It's by far the worst wash I've received in the Kyle area. And it cost $12 and the dryers do not give you enough time to dry your car I maxed out the drying time, 45 seconds, and my car was still wet.

I don’t know how to explain this, but my car was more dirty after I left here. For $20 I expected more.

The brushless system doesn’t clean very well, especially the bottom half of my car or the back trunk/bumper.

Not sure why customers think 15 dollars is a good price for a car wash, maybe if the vehicle came out spotless. My Sons midsize truck came out just as dirty as when it went in. There's no one on site to address the problem, haven't responded to email. Always a lot of trash around the vacuum area, and they offer no towels or other cleaning supplies.Only reason I go here is it's the only brushless car wash, but no more. Yea, take down your web site pics showing attendants washing the vehicle and especially shiny clean vehicles... read more
