I had a terrible experience with Wicked Truck Works. My truck was involved in an accident in July 2023, and they were chosen to repair the front-end damage. Unfortunately, the entire process was a nightmare. They were extremely unprofessional, dodging calls and providing little to no updates on the repair progress. What made things worse was discovering that they removed nearly brand-new tires from my rear axle without explanation. I can only assume they used them on another truck and billed that customer.
