Ordered a set of eyes for my 07 pmr. Everything installed and worked perfectly. Plus shipping was really fast.
HORRIBLE customer service!!! I ordered a pair of goggles back in February, and had it shipped. It did not arrive after several weeks, so i contacted them. I was told it was shown as delivered and should contact the post office. I went to usps, and they said the business should file a claim. Well Wicked Sports said I would have to file a claim with PayPal. So, two months later i finally find out my claim had been denied. I called WS and they WONT DO ANYTHING! Customer service was great and they had a lot of inventory to pick from
Do NOT order anything from this store. You will be sorry. Shipped wrong item returned and no replacement or refund. See my complain file with BBB that Wicked Sports did not even respond. The customer service for out of state customers is horrible. If you are out of state and order ANYTHING from their site you WILL be sorry.
The guys at Wicked have provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced in a retail environment in my life. I first came into their store asking about a potential deal for a marker from a 3rd party. Rather than talk negatively and bash the idea they helped walk me through the pros and cons. I ended up getting the marker from the 3rd party, however, since then I bought a Dye Carbon Fiber Boomstick, Ninja Superlite 77/4500 tank, Dye Roto 2 loader, and Dye i5 mask from Wicked. This place is awesome. The staff is very helpful and great to work with. The only place to go to get your paintball gear and gear serviced.
