After reading some of these reviews, I feel lucky my interaction wasn't as bad as others. Seems like Marcie is a defensive business owner who doesn't take well to complaints. All I did was send an email to check on the status of my order. I have had delays with the company each time I have ordered but unfortunately this is who the school uses.
