Chelsey Ratliff did such an incredible job with my hair! It was my first time ever meeting her, and she was soo personable, funny, and kind. She listened to every detail about what I wanted and perfected it! She had a lot of knowledge to share on help with styling my hair, and did a treatment on me as well. I feel like a brand new girl. She was recommended to me by another incredible stylist and I’m so glad I went with her! Will absolutely be back 💓

I would give them 6 stars if I could, best customer service I’ve ever received! I have a wedding to attend in 4 days, and arrived for my appointment to find that my stylist was out due to a family emergency. Even though all of the other stylists had bookings, they worked together to make sure my hair was done right then and there. The owner Holly gave me a cut, salon manager Hailey did my color, and Susy finished with red lowlights, shampoo/conditioner and blow dry/style…all in less than 2 hours! We love Chelsey! She did a fantastic job on my daughter and my husband's cuts. She was gentle, did exactly what they wanted, friendly, and fair pricing. Overall very satisfied and we will keep coming back to her. Thanks for a great experience.
