I wasn’t going to write a review but I don’t want the same thing to happen to someone else so here it goes. I first called and left a voicemail but no one got back to me so I messaged them. Joni messaged me back. From there I let her know what I wanted. I let her know about my current hair, told her I wanted shoulder length(or shorter), that I have curly wavy hair, and had color currently in my hair. We set the appointment up for a Thursday at 11am. I love this place and they are great and patient with my special needs daughter but I can never get a hold of them to make an appointment. Every time I call the phone wil ring then just stops. I don't know if I'm able to make an appointment online or if I just have to go up in person to make one.
