I called a few times trying to get an appointment. I was referred by a current client. They never called me back. As of this review it has been 4 days.
I've known Jehn and Lauren since salon 8. This place is amazing, it's so big. There are many stylists, nail techs, etc... to choose from. I know several of the stylists and they are all very good.
I asked for balayage and was literally given highlights that honestly did not brighten my hair at all. Pretty disappointed with the results especially when I paid 200+ I asked specifically for balayage to my root because I wanted bright blonde hair. Not highlights. The brown overrules any of the little bit of color added to my hair.
