How awful that they charge 75% of a perceived appointment if it’s canceled. I had an appointment, that I canceled because of having the flu and not wanting to go in and get anyone sick. And because I had signed up to get a full Blonde coloring, they charged me $137 without the service. I certainly understand charging someone for a missed appointment But that is Ludacris.
This place is so cute. All the staff is so friendly. Phil is unreal at what he does. Color, extension etc. He makes you feel special. You leave feeling beautiful. Been going here for years and couldn't go anywhere else at this point.
