Me and my sisters have celiac and this was one of my favorite days of my life. I was able to eat things I never have before (fried dough, rum cake, eclair, pigs in a blanket, and COUNTLESS more). NEVER once had to worry about getting glutened or even cross contamination. It was an amazing event and everyone was so nice and excited to be there. I can’t wait to go back next year!! Btw there are way more photos these are just the ones my sisters didn’t put in the tik tok!

I’ve been the wicked gluten-free 2 times 1st time was interesting. 2nd time kind of fell short pretty bummed for the amount of money I spent. I support all small businesses since I am gluten-free and I shop at local gluten-free marketplaces. And I travel hours for gluten-free food. Each is their own go and make your own decision. Just not for me.

I really wanted to love the Wicked Gluten Free Expo, but after attending, I think there are some major things that need improvement — especially the very obvious divide between the influencer experience and the experience of the average paying attendee. For those of us with celiac disease, being gluten free isn’t a trend, a lifestyle choice, or content for social media. It is our everyday reality.
