Excellent experience! They do exactly what you ask for, and have great advice/tips to help you achieve the look you want. They were careful not to take off too much and made sure we were happy at each step. My mother got a long hair cut with some layers, I got any under cut fade, we both had a great experience no wait. Being able to do both under the same roof is a plus, and we were able to be done at the same time. Super comfortable fun atmosphere, it was very relaxing and we both walked away totally satisfied.
