Absolutely blown away by the incredible work from Cat and the team at Wicked Detailing! My car was in truly rough shape – think dog hair, kid messes, mud, and even evidence of mice. Roughly a month ago I set up an appointment to have my car detailed with Wicked and due to various factors beyond the owner's control my appointment had to be rescheduled twice. As a consummate professional she made every effort to work with me and communicated openly, clearly, and apologetically. When I was able to bring my car in, I had thought it was just a standard "messy" car that I'd been driving for 7 years but it ended up being egregiously worse. Got an interior clean and it’s like brand new! Had some staining, mold and other goop on my seats and it’s all gone. Very reasonable pricing compared to others in the area as well. Will be returning for future detailing!
She was able to get me in quickly before my surgery with a short notice. Was very friendly and explained the process including what to expect along with realistic expectations given condition of the vehicle. It came out better than we expected and I was completely satisfied with the results. You done a great job and thank you.
Cat absolutely crushed it. Saved my truck from seemingly permanent water spots. Will only let her wash it until I leave Lacey.
