I pay for weekly service, and 3 weekends in a row my pool isn’t usable. It’s absolutely ridiculous, and y’all close prior to 4th of July weekend
I was quoted a price of 40.00$ for a salt cell cleaning. When I received the invoice there was an undisclosed "service fee" of 125.00$ added for a total of 176.55 $ The "service fee" was not discussed prior to the service. Crooked, dishonest, company.
Quality service.
I had Wicked clean come to my house and do a “green to clean” service! My pool looked like a swamp and within a couple of days my pool was sparkling clean. Wicked clean came everyday until the pool was clean and all for one price. I had never used them before but I will definitely use them again when needed. They also emailed me daily pictures on the condition of my pool showing the progress!
