We have used Wicked Clean in MA a few times to clean windows, which they do very well. Unfortunately, we have also had them address moss that was growing on our roof and most recently to clean our patio pavers and a portion of our fence. First the roof, they did not physically go on the roof to clear the moss, instead they used heavy duty chemicals (mostly chlorine I would guess) and sprayed the roof.
