Hi Ladies and Gents! Wanted to give a heads up on a fire drill I just experienced. I usually love Wicked Catering. However, I ordered yesterday for an 11:30am delivery to have for my 12pm meeting today. At 11:45 I call to see where my delivery was. Turns out Wicked Catering dropped it off at the wrong floor. They would not try to retrieve it. They would not do a rush replacement order! I was stuck with a refund and a mad dash to the closest sandwich shop. Was not impressed after being such a loyal client. ��
