I've been here 2 times before, once to get my side labret jewelry changed and the other to just buy myself a lip ring, the girls here are super kind but I just wish there was a different method on measuring lip rings instead of just pulling down your lip, as both times I've went, the lip jewelry had always been too big to the point they have to rest sideways for me to close my lips properly. Terrible customer service, will never use them again
Pierced my kid with a stupid ring we can’t get out scheduled an apt with them to have it changed but the lady never actually scheduled it which is pretty dumb if you ask me now they have no apts for a bit.
I love this store!! The staff are all amazing! By far the best place to get earring or plugs! They all know their stuff and go above and beyond for their customers!
