Pierced my kid with a stupid ring we can’t get out scheduled an apt with them to have it changed but the lady never actually scheduled it which is pretty dumb if you ask me now they have no apts for a bit.
I love this store!! The staff are all amazing! By far the best place to get earring or plugs! They all know their stuff and go above and beyond for their customers!
There was alot of stock in this store! It was very clean. The problem is I had zero customer service, zero acknowledgement from staff. Left disappointed.

Went in to get a new tongue bar and balls for my hubby, and decided to ask about taper kits as my one ear decided to shrink up. I’ve had my ears stretched for many many years so I know the proper way to do it as well as being a tattoo artist I know how to do this. I got mansplained about stretching my ears and was basically told no when I asked about ear weights.
