Terrible customer service, will never use them again
The piercer does not know her sizes for piercings. Even admitted openly shes not trained with certain piercings..Very unknowledgable, never trust a piercer without tattoos or piercings herself.
Pierced my kid with a stupid ring we can’t get out scheduled an apt with them to have it changed but the lady never actually scheduled it which is pretty dumb if you ask me now they have no apts for a bit.
I love this store!! The staff are all amazing! By far the best place to get earring or plugs! They all know their stuff and go above and beyond for their customers!
