Kristal is the real deal and I’m so glad I found her. She is very knowledgeable and patient. She communicated with me throughout the entire process from consultation, to wash, and maintenance. She made sure I was informed and comfortable. I felt her assessments and recommendations to be genuine and in my best interest. Kristal is hands down the best loctician I’ve ever been to! She genuinely cares about my hair and has taught me so much about how to take care of it. Every time I sit in her chair, I feel welcomed and comfortable, she’s so friendly and easy to talk to. You can tell she truly loves what she does because it shows in her work.
