Kristal is the real deal and I’m so glad I found her. She is very knowledgeable and patient. She communicated with me throughout the entire process from consultation, to wash, and maintenance. She made sure I was informed and comfortable. I felt her assessments and recommendations to be genuine and in my best interest.
