I’ve been attending Wick’d since Nov 2022 and I’ve seen a huge improvements. The 24 hour access that is available is huge for me. My schedule is hectic so to have the ability to make my gym sessions work around my schedule was the biggest selling point
I suppose at this point, i could be a little biased - but this place is the best. I’ve never had much interest in fitness, but signed up for personal training last May after a shoulder injury, and have never looked back since. Going here 2-3x a week is now a necessity in my mind. Everyone is friendly, and it’s a very welcoming atmosphere / community. The workouts are tough! But they make it possible for someone at any point in their fitness journey to join in and feel comfortable.
Great gym. Nick really knows what he is doing I highly recommend.

I have been at the Mainsail/Wickd fitness for a little over 4 years. I had never even stepped into a gym before and I'm no spring chicken. Brian Le and Kevin Smyth started me out with bootcamp type routine and I fell in love with their coaching. When we merged in with Wickd Nick Sarruda brought it full circle.
