We first met Brian in 1987 when he helped us create a last will and testament. Since then he has helped us with real estate transactions, probate matters, and other legal contracts including rental agreements for commercial and residential rentals. He is knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He is the kind of attorney we working people need for routine tasks such as contracts. He is NOT a divorce, personal injury, or criminal defense lawyer. He's a working persons legal counsel.

I've used Brian for a couple of issues that I was dealing with. He came highly recommended to me by someone I trust and respect. I'm impressed. He's personable, reasonably priced and from what I'm able to tell, competent. I wish more attorney's were like him. I've been a Real Estate Broker since 1977 and have used him to do non-bank financed closings as well. I'm very thankful to have him a phone call or e-mail away.
