Terrible Service! It's shameful the staff & drivers have no respect for folks disabled & requiring this transit service. Their attitude is put up, shut up, they'll get there, when they decide to show up. Quality of service sucks! It's difficult enough for those who are disabled. Some are fortunate to have a good job, with a regular schedule, yet the transit service can not get them to work or picked up from work on time even with a set schedule. The worst bus system in the nation and they rate it that. We live in an urban spray all spread out. All other river cities have multiple bus stations. And run every 15 to 30 min on each stop. You have to go downtown here just to catch another bus each time waiting an hour or more depending on the bus. NO WONDER THEIR IS SO MANY HOMELESS HERE.
