They close the gate 30 minutes before close and dont post that on their web site or answering service. Waste of time and money when you dont have the whole story and rent a trailer to make a trip!

Price jumps up. Had service over 10 years was told I would get a new trashcan after 10 years its rusty. Was on hold for over 1 hr and was told I would get new. That never happened. Now im moving was gonna transfer service and again requested new trashcan. Nope its 25.00. Or I can haul the rusty one over to new house. Bad customer service

I went on a Saturday around 1pm. I had a truck bed full of branches that I had to pay a $40 minimum fee for. I waited in line for about 30 minutes before I could get to a dump. The trucks that were going in mostly had trailers full of junk. It's ridiculous that a bed full of branches cost $40. No wonder people just dump that stuff out in the country. There should be a smaller fee for items like branches. I will definitely find a cheaper way to get rid of dead branches next time.
