If you’re looking for an absolute nightmare while shopping for a camper then Wichita RV is the place for you. Their lack of communication, customer service, and knowledge of what their products are designed for is inadequate. They seem sincere when they state, “we will make this right.” However, it is just the typical sales talk. I’d rather drive out of state and actually have a camper over dealing with them ever again. Today we bought a used camper from Wichita RV and I can say they have been absolutely amazing to us. The boyfriend found a broken shackle bracket under the camper when we were doing our walk through and brought it to their attention, not only did they fix it they replaced the other one that wasn’t broke, just to be safe. Answered any, and all of our questions and were so down to earth. We appreciate them more then they know! Thanks! -JD and Amy

If you’re not aware this place has closed its doors and is going out of business. They knowingly took money a deposit from my in-laws said they would fully refund them for the 2,500 dollars that was placed towards a camper but refuse to give them back their deposit. Knowing damn well they were closing doors yet took a deposit anyways. And they refuse to return any phone calls. If this happened to you file a complaint with the Kansas Attorney Generals office and file fraud charges with your bank.

Had a major wheel bearing failure just 11 miles from this RV repair shop. Was able to limp the trailer in to their yard. Please understand at this point I was on a trip from Southern California to Indiana. I’m a senior citizen and in a stressful situation. The Wichita RV staff were very understanding and, even though their shop was full and booked out for quite a while, they immediately made room for my trailer. Stopped in because our camper was swaying at around 60 mph. We did not purchase the camper here but Mark and his fellow technicians dropped what they were doing to help us out free of charge. They adjusted our sway bars very quickly and efficiently. These guys definitely know their business We were able to continue our trip to Colorado sway free!!! I highly recommend this place for service or purchasing a camper.
