I called multiple times for an FAA medical. They took my information and never called back. After 10 months of trying don’t waste your time. Book elsewhere
Had another doctor send a referral almost a month ago & they still haven't contacted me! I reached out 3 days ago to see what the problem was & the lady who makes the appointments wasnt at her desk so I left a message! Still no returned call for appointment!
Worst office staff around! Robin and Tina should have been fired a long time ago. Nothing gets done in a timely manner.
I went in to get release paperwork for a family member that goes here & while talking to a woman named Robin at the front desk she was talking to me like an idiot & I felt very demeaned. Wouldn’t recommend this clinic to my worst enemy. Take that as you will. If I could put zero stars I would
Worst staff I’ve ever encountered and the lack of follow through and closing the loop here is dangerous. Please go somewhere that has quality guidelines. This is unfortunate because Dr Spencer Campbell is amazing.
