Encompass rehab ordered a part for a walker for a patient who was recovering from a broken hip. Her discharge was scheduled for 10 AM the next day. The part did not show up until 1:30 the day of her release. Three and 1/2 hours she sat waiting to leave the facility. When the Wichita Medical Supply representative showed up with the part, he assured us he could tolerate any of our complaints because he "had been married 3 times".
