Cardiac rehab : To have a heart attack n live alone. It's the scariest experience. Then you come here and they esplain small muscle how strengthening works. You feel like its nothing,trust me it works n wears you out..You'll feel so safe n loved. You'd never want another instructor again. Trust these gals. They're your family now. Read the literature they give you. You'll definitely get a work out but know you're cared for. Veronica
