Extremely unhappy with a chair purchased Aug of 2022. Structure has broken down. Have been dealing with Ashley and the warranty company since Jan of 2024. Keep getting the run around from both Want resolution
I’ll never buy there again. I’m happy with my purchase, I’m happy with the sales help and, the cashier. All very friendly. Problem is they won’t accept a check. I don’t have a credit card and don’t want a credit card because of the ridiculous nature of today’s interest rates on those. I will need to complete my purchase paying cash which is a substantial amount. I wasn’t told this until I got to the check out.
