Extremely unhappy with a chair purchased Aug of 2022. Structure has broken down. Have been dealing with Ashley and the warranty company since Jan of 2024. Keep getting the run around from both Want resolution
I’ll never buy there again. I’m happy with my purchase, I’m happy with the sales help and, the cashier. All very friendly. Problem is they won’t accept a check. I don’t have a credit card and don’t want a credit card because of the ridiculous nature of today’s interest rates on those. I will need to complete my purchase paying cash which is a substantial amount. I wasn’t told this until I got to the check out. My fiancé and I worked with Barry at Wichita Furniture on Consignent and he was awesome! He listened to what we wanted and showed us a lot of options. We bought our living room set from here and loved it so much we went back for our bedroom set. Today we got our bedroom set and a TV stand. They're awesome to work with and we will be returning for a third time when we need something.
