Never had any trouble here doing payments and deposits and the staff are polite.

This bank previously used loan officers at the branches. They are using remote loan approval now and those individuals are not helpful or courteous. I have banked there for 30 years but am making a change. I do not recommend Wichita Federal Credit Union.
Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. It was like pulling teeth trying to get a response or even contact information from the loan officer Teresa. She said she would send a link via text/email so I could send the needed information twice. I finally called the next day and after I prompted it she finally sent the link. She was a bit condescending as well. I had someone else with me for one of the conversations with her and they even said it before I did. Not very approachable or friendly.
