Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. It was like pulling teeth trying to get a response or even contact information from the loan officer Teresa. She said she would send a link via text/email so I could send the needed information twice. I finally called the next day and after I prompted it she finally sent the link. I went to the bank today to get help with a account. I was told I was needing to talk to Devon Pope, I explain to her what the situation was. She immediately went into professional mode and helped us with our account Devon is very knowledgeable and professional with every question we asked her.
